Enhanced Assisted Living Program
Our Enhanced Assisted Living Program is for residents who are capable of living independently, but who need a bit more support to remain in an assisted living environment. These residents may have illnesses that require a small amount of nursing care – diabetes, for example, which require insulin injections. Sometimes these cause physical frailty or other physical impairments, such as decreased vision or blindness, which is often a result of diabetes. Residents with these special care needs are offered more personal care assistance with their daily activities, such as bathing and dressing. In addition, for residents who require a limited amount of nursing care, we will help the resident arrange to have a nurse available.
